Thinking of Christmas in the Dog Days of Summer?

The air conditioners are humming at full force all over town and I just can't seem to get cool enough. I thought summers in Maine were suppose to be filled with perfect bright days, cool evenings and all the lobsters you can eat. Well, at least there are plenty of lobsters, but who wants to cook in this weather? So, the only way I can think of cooling off is to sit on the sofa with my dog, Cole listen to some of my favorite Christmas songs and look back on some photos of past Christmases and day dream of the cooler days ahead. I'm sure in February I'll be dreaming of some warm days, but for now I'm dreaming of a White Christmas.
